Insomnia and sleep deprivation

Client S was referred to me from client R who had shifted his emotions from "bum note" to "majestic harmony" S was feeling exhausted, anxious and sleepless. She would come to me sleep deprived having not slept for a few nights. We gradually unpicked her past and the possible triggers for some of her feelings and emotions. Her sleep is improving week on week as she now recognises and acknowledges thoughts and patterns. She is feeling the benefits of good restful sleep and is more easy going and laid back in herself.
