My Background:

Hypnotherapy runs in my family, with a lineage that includes nursing, mental health, and hypnotherapy. My specialities are from my true lived life experience as a breast cancer sufferer, dementia daughter, disability champion, ADHDer, and mumma to a severely disabled daughter and 2 additional daughters. I bring a unique wealth of life experiences, empathy, and understanding to my practice Hypnotherapy with Vicky Nicolson-James.

My Approach:

In my sessions, there's no room for judgment, there is however laughter, joy, tears, relief, release, forgiveness, compassion, progress, reframing, healing, and a moving forward. Together with my clients, we have achieved affective, life-changing and often life saving, rapid lasting results. Always solution focussed, sessions are face to face or in the comfort of your own home online.
